Fraser R. Gow obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queen’s University and a dual Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. While at law school, he was awarded the course prize in Trial Advocacy for finishing first in his class.
